Why this room is hard

Why Artesano is hard to book

The dining room is intimate by design, an open kitchen and a handful of tables that turn slowly because nobody here is rushed. Chef Rodrigo Fernandini cooks Peru's greatest hits with a downtown polish, and word has carried. Off-peak you can wander in. The problem is the night you actually want: a Friday or Saturday at eight, a corner table for the pisco list and the ceviche. Those seats are few, they go early, and a room this size has no margin to absorb a sold-out weekend.

We work the prime-time window for you. We watch the table open and we watch the cancellations roll back in as plans change, and the moment the seat you want surfaces we secure it in your name for the night you asked for. Same room, same date, no swaps and no consolation prize on a Tuesday you never wanted. You arrive to a table that is already yours.

A small room keeps its best nights for the people who were watching.

Questions

Artesano, the FAQ.

How do I get a reservation at Artesano?

Name Artesano and the night you want. We book it on your account the instant a table opens or a cancellation appears, and you only pay if we actually get it.

Why is Artesano so hard to book?

Artesano is one of the most in-demand tables in Tribeca. Prime-time seats are claimed within seconds of release, and many never reach the public at all, so refreshing on your own rarely works.

When do Artesano reservations open up?

Artesano releases tables on a set schedule, and seats also reappear when other guests cancel. We watch both around the clock and move the instant one opens, so you never have to refresh at midnight.

How much does it cost to book Artesano through The Elusive List?

One flat fee, charged only when we confirm your table. No table, no charge. Sign in to see the exact fee for Artesano.
