Why this room is hard

It is not a Tock problem. It is a monthly-drop problem.

Amanda Cohen opened Dirt Candy in 2008, moved to its current Lower East Side address in 2015, and built the only vegetable-only tasting room in the city that has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand and persistent national press. The menu is a single multi-course tasting, no à la carte.

Tock posts seats in monthly drops. The room is about forty seats, three seatings on weekend nights, and the drop fills within the hour. No bar option — the only path is a Tock seat.

One menu. One Tock drop. Forty seats.

Questions

Dirt Candy, the FAQ.

How do I get a reservation at Dirt Candy?

Name Dirt Candy and the night you want. We book it on your account the instant a table opens or a cancellation appears, and you only pay if we actually get it.

Why is Dirt Candy so hard to book?

Dirt Candy is one of the most in-demand tables in Lower East Side. Prime-time seats are claimed within seconds of release, and many never reach the public at all, so refreshing on your own rarely works.

When do Dirt Candy reservations open up?

Dirt Candy typically releases reservations around 00:00, and seats also reappear when other guests cancel. We watch both around the clock and grab yours the instant it opens.

How much does it cost to book Dirt Candy through The Elusive List?

One flat fee, charged only when we confirm your table. No table, no charge. Sign in to see the exact fee for Dirt Candy.
