Hiden runs an omakase counter inside an unmarked Wynwood door, accessed through a separate front room. The room is small (around eight to ten seats), the menu is Edomae sushi, and the door is part of the format. The room sits inside Miami Beach's secondary-market top 20.
Tock releases seats ahead in a tight window. The seats clear in the first minute; the kitchen does not run a public waitlist outside Tock. There is no à la carte path.
