Why this room is hard

It is not a Resy problem. It is a prime-time problem.

Le Bernardin has held three Michelin stars under Eric Ripert since the 1990s and remains the seafood room against which the rest of the city is measured. The dining room is formal, the menu is structured in three sections (almost raw, barely touched, lightly cooked), and the room has been a hard 8pm for thirty years.

Resy lists the dining room. The 7-to-9pm tables clear in the first minutes; the late and earlier seatings stay open longer. The lounge (Aldo Sohm Wine Bar and the front bar) takes walk-ins for a shorter menu.

Three stars. Three sections. Three decades.

Questions

Le Bernardin, the FAQ.

How do I get a reservation at Le Bernardin?

Name Le Bernardin and the night you want. We book it on your account the instant a table opens or a cancellation appears, and you only pay if we actually get it.

Why is Le Bernardin so hard to book?

Le Bernardin is one of the most in-demand tables in Midtown. Prime-time seats are claimed within seconds of release, and many never reach the public at all, so refreshing on your own rarely works.

When do Le Bernardin reservations open up?

Le Bernardin releases tables on a set schedule, and seats also reappear when other guests cancel. We watch both around the clock and move the instant one opens, so you never have to refresh at midnight.

How much does it cost to book Le Bernardin through The Elusive List?

One flat fee, charged only when we confirm your table. No table, no charge. Sign in to see the exact fee for Le Bernardin.
