Why this room is hard

Why Le Pavillon is hard to book

Daniel Boulud built a soaring, light-filled room on the second floor of One Vanderbilt, framed by twenty-foot olive trees and views of the Chrysler Building. A Michelin star and one of the most photographed dining rooms in the city mean prime-time tables for two move within minutes. Seats release on a rolling sixty-day window at midnight, and the most desirable nights are claimed before most people are awake to try.

We work the sixty-day window the moment it opens at midnight Eastern, and we keep watch as cancellations surface in the days before your date. When a seat for the night you want appears, we secure it in your name. Same room, same date, every time. We do not redirect you to another evening or another restaurant.

The hardest seat in the sky over Grand Central, held in your name.
