Sungchul Shim opened Mari on 10th Avenue in 2022 with a kimbap-anchored Korean tasting menu and earned a Michelin star the following year. The room is a twelve-seat counter, two seatings a night, four nights a week.
Tock opens in monthly drops at noon Eastern. Both seatings clear in the first ten minutes. The kitchen does not run a public waitlist and there is no à la carte room.

Why is Mari so hard to book?
Mari is one of the most in-demand tables in Hell's Kitchen. Prime-time seats are claimed within seconds of release, and many never reach the public at all, so refreshing on your own rarely works.
When do Mari reservations open up?
Mari typically releases reservations around 00:00, and seats also reappear when other guests cancel. We watch both around the clock and grab yours the instant it opens.
