It is not a Resy problem. It is a two-week window.
Penny opened next to Claud on East 10th in 2023 with an oyster-led seafood menu and a small counter format. The room seats around twenty and the bar runs its own raw program.
Resy opens fourteen days ahead at 9am Eastern. The seats clear in the first minute; walk-ins for a counter seat work most weeknights. Claud next door is the sibling room from the same team.

How do I get a reservation at Penny?
Name Penny and the night you want. We book it on your account the instant a table opens or a cancellation appears, and you only pay if we actually get it.
Why is Penny so hard to book?
Penny is one of the most in-demand tables in East Village. Prime-time seats are claimed within seconds of release, and many never reach the public at all, so refreshing on your own rarely works.
When do Penny reservations open up?
Penny typically releases reservations around 09:00:00, and seats also reappear when other guests cancel. We watch both around the clock and grab yours the instant it opens.
How much does it cost to book Penny through The Elusive List?
One flat fee, charged only when we confirm your table. No table, no charge. Sign in to see the exact fee for Penny.
