Why this room is hard

It is not a Tock problem. It is a sixty-day window.

Per Se is the New York wing of Thomas Keller's French Laundry. Sixteen tables, two seatings, a tasting menu that has held three Michelin stars longer than any other Manhattan room. The bar serves a separate five-course menu that is the only path to the kitchen that doesn't require booking sixty days out.

Tables release exactly sixty days in advance at 9am Eastern. The premium nights are spoken for inside thirty seconds. What Tock will tell you is the room is full. What it will not tell you is that the bar accepts walk-ins, that the salon takes the menu the kitchen can't fit, and that the host stand has held seats for sixteen years.

Sixty days out. Thirty seconds open. Sixteen tables.

Questions

Per Se, the FAQ.

How do I get a reservation at Per Se?

Name Per Se and the night you want. We book it on your account the instant a table opens or a cancellation appears, and you only pay if we actually get it.

Why is Per Se so hard to book?

Per Se is one of the most in-demand tables in Columbus Circle. Prime-time seats are claimed within seconds of release, and many never reach the public at all, so refreshing on your own rarely works.

When do Per Se reservations open up?

Per Se releases tables on a set schedule, and seats also reappear when other guests cancel. We watch both around the clock and move the instant one opens, so you never have to refresh at midnight.

How much does it cost to book Per Se through The Elusive List?

One flat fee, charged only when we confirm your table. No table, no charge. Sign in to see the exact fee for Per Se.
