Raoul's opened on Prince Street in 1975 and has run as a SoHo bistro for fifty years. The au-poivre steak, the spiral staircase, and the back room have been a hard reservation since the city had different rules. The room consistently sits inside the city's secondary-market top 15.
Resy opens two weeks ahead. The 7-to-10pm tables clear in the first minutes; the late seatings (after 10pm) stay open longer. The bar takes walk-ins for the full menu most nights.
