Aaron Silverman opened Rose's Luxury on Capitol Hill in 2013 and made it one of the hardest reservations in DC by not taking reservations at all for most of its history. The room added a Tock drop for some seats more recently; the line at the door for the rest is part of the format.
Tock opens a portion of the seats ahead in monthly drops. The remaining seats run on a same-day virtual line that opens at 4pm Eastern. Pineapple and Pearls next door is the team's two-star sibling.
