Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski opened State Bird Provisions in 2011 with a dim-sum-cart service of small plates and a Michelin star within two years. The dining room is small and the cart format runs all service. The Progress next door is the team's larger sibling.
OpenTable opens two weeks ahead. Weekend prime tables clear first; weeknights and the late seatings stay open longer. Walk-ins for the bar work when a seat opens.
