Dave and Krystiana Rizo brought their San Antonio roots to the East Village in 2020, and the city fell hard for the blistered, pressed-to-order flour tortillas, the carne guisada, and the charred-pepper chili. A handful of prime weekend slots cover an entire night of demand, so they are gone in the moment they appear and rarely surface again.
