Why this room is hard

Three Michelin stars, six months out.

Jônt is a fourteen seat counter above Bresca on 14th Street, where Ryan Ratino runs a single progressive tasting menu built on Japanese land and sea. Two Michelin stars and one room mean the supply never moves. A fresh set of reservations opens on the first Friday of each month, and the weekend seatings are gone within minutes. The best tables never reach the public book at all, routed quietly to a private dining channel before the rest open.

We do not race the first Friday drop and hope. We hold relationships with the room, watch the counter for the cancellations and reseatings that open without warning, and know which seatings move when we ask. Your name goes where the host stand already recognizes it, before the public ever sees the window.

Three Michelin stars. Six-thirty, one seating, six months out.

Questions

Jônt, the FAQ.

How do I get a reservation at Jônt?

Name Jônt and the night you want. We book it on your account the instant a table opens or a cancellation appears, and you only pay if we actually get it.

Why is Jônt so hard to book?

Jônt is one of the most in-demand tables in 14th Street NW. Prime-time seats are claimed within seconds of release, and many never reach the public at all, so refreshing on your own rarely works.

When do Jônt reservations open up?

Jônt releases tables on a set schedule, and seats also reappear when other guests cancel. We watch both around the clock and move the instant one opens, so you never have to refresh at midnight.

How much does it cost to book Jônt through The Elusive List?

One flat fee, charged only when we confirm your table. No table, no charge. Sign in to see the exact fee for Jônt.
